The guests that have rented an apartment in Casa San Matteo - Positano in the last two years have been asked to reply to 12 questions about their level of satisfaction with our apartments and our services. Out of 92 guests contacted, 30 have responded, a result both successful and representative. Our guests were asked to rank their level of satisfaction using five levels: Super, Good, Average, Unsatisfied and Very Unsatisfied.

We are very excited to announce the extraordinary good results obtained, which is summarised in the following table (percentage of all replies for each level of satisfaction) :

Although the results are very good (over 90% are either Super or Good) , they also show clearly in which areas we can improve our offer. Many guests have taken the occasion of the survey to submit their comments and suggestions of improvements. We are committed to the implementation of a number of changes and improvements to respond to our guests suggestions.

The prize was drawn by an independent committe and the winner is Valgerdur from Iceland, who won the photographic book "Positano the vertical city". Our best congratulation to Valgedur.
